An angry mob of NatWest customers took to Twitter after a computer glitch at the bank stopped transactions from going through, but their frustrations were accidentally directed at a 22-year old teacher named Natalie Westerman. She said she “never felt so popular in my life”, and she’s been kindly sending them on to the correct Twitter handle, @natwest_helps.
