Oh god, was I in a state. I really was feeling sorry for myself. That picture (all of the flickr images are geotagged) was taken outside a little church in a village called Mantlach. There are always benches outside churches in Bavaria I noticed.
Something very odd happened to me along the road to that village. It's difficult to describe; it was spiritual almost. The walk (up to this point) has changed me.
