How timely. I received the most appalling auto-generated email from a car dealer last night, in which the tailored fields were in CAPS while the rest was not. Beautiful.

That is quite insulting get a big discount or threaten to tweet about it.....and another thing, whats with the now common usage of Ms. I hate Ms. grrrrrrr sorry
