You'd think I'd have learnt my lesson by now, wouldn't you? Tinkering about with the blog layout and settings: it always leads to disaster. Like the time that TypePad lost all of my images (granted that you'd need to have been visiting for an awful long time to remember that).
Anyway, I thought it might not be a bad idea to try and earn a bob or two from what goes on here. Nothing too overt - you know my views on that already. But Google AdSense would make sense, wouldn't it? Or at least it wouldn't be evil, now would it?
OK, so I signed up. And guess what:
All of my RSS subscribers have vanished. Every single one of you.
Thanks a bunch Google.
Feedburner records all of my subscribers … except for those using Google Reader.
Ruddy useless.

I'm still with you. Through Google Reader, none the less.

I've got you on Bloglines and I'm still reading loud and clear - I love the outside studio - it's very white, very designer-esque!

Those Feedburner stats can be temperamental, David. I remember on a few occasions when my publicly visible feed count icon dropped by around half, only to be restored a few days later.

I'm still here!
David, try Google's webmaster tools.
It will show you all the people subscribing through Google services: Reader, iGoogle, Orkut, etc.
I discovered a good 80 subscribers more than I thought I had!

Ha ha, that's your punishment for allowing yourself to be tainted by commerce. Not sure if I am still subscribed - I'll link up again.
