a belgocentric view of europe

Belgium

It's the one great fear of the British, maybe, that one day the whole of Europe will become a series of small satellites revolving around Brussels (though I'm sure the Dutch would appreciate the irony of speaking a dialect of Flemish). Personally, I'm always happy to be either side of the Belgian Channel.
