My pleasure David. It was a lovely opportunity to test run some visual search engines on a proper brief :)

Thank you for proving that I was not dreaming! I attended a seminar recently at the Women's Library in London where one of the Spare Rib collective was speaking about ye olden times when the pages of magazines were pasted up on boards. This brought a rush of nostalgia particularly when she mentioned Cow Gum. When I mentioned this substance to colleagues they all looked blankly at me and suggested it was a Northern phenomenon - actually we've got rather more sheep than cows in the area from which I hail.

I used to spread some out on a glass plate at night. in the morning carefully rolled the outer edges into a circle and left a thin layer of about 50mm in the middle. carefully removed from the glass plate gave a very realistic condom which left by the tea urn would create some moments of joy. Good for fake shnollies (bogeys) too. i think a tube should be in the design museum
